Long ago in 2013, a small game developer studio was born in the Seattle, WA area.  The studio only has one employee, and he is paid in chocolate and energy drinks.  This employee is primarily an animator and uses Spine 2D to bring things to life.  He continues to improve his artistic abilities so he does not need to rely on contract artists as much.  However, when it comes to the programming side of game development, that is contracted out.  

8 Bit's goal is to release short games that are somewhat different or unique.
